‘Church & State’ 2025 is coming soon
The annual Church & State Australian Summit is a little under a month away, and HRLA’s John Steenhof is once again one of the key speakers.
The C&S Summit is an important event for all those who care about engaging in politics in an authentically Christian way.
This year, the event takes place in Brisbane from March 7-8. A lineup of inspiring speakers will challenge Christians to be salt and light in the world, bringing a scriptural worldview to their daily lives, and especially to the way they engage in public life.
For those who can’t make it to Brisbane, a private livestream option is available.
At Church & State, many Christian ministries “are partnering to make this conference the largest, clearest call for repentance, reformation and revival in this nation”.
Australia’s secularisation and marginalisation of the Christian worldview has been taking place for many years now, and HRLA has been a bulwark for defending freedom of speech and religion and protecting the rights of Christians to live faithfully.
At this conference, Christians will be stepping up to declare the centrality of the Christian faith to our nation’s future. Speakers include Lyle Shelton, Dr Joanna Howe, the Hon Tony Abbott, and Church & State founder Dave Pellowe, among many others. John Steenhof will speak on the Saturday night about boldly responding to religious persecution.
